Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE BY BOOKING OUR SERVICES YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all events to be secured we require a £25 non refundable deposit which must be paid upon booking and the remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the event  - Any bookings made within 10 days of the event must be paid in full and have finalised numbers ​

For all balloon products to be secured we require a £15 deposit which must be paid upon booking, the remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event - any bookings made within 10 days of the event must be paid in full

Final numbers, remaining balance and themes must be finalised 10 days prior to the event 

No changes can be made 10 days before the event

Our Inflatable Balloon dome measures 13 feet in height, 19 feet in length and 10 feet in width we ask for a minimum of 1.5m gap between all sides of any of our inflatables

 

If an event occurs in which you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must do this at least 10 days before your event 

Venue options are available and will come at an additional cost dependent on the venue of choice - All prices stated are based on home visits

No refunds 10 days before the event 

In the event of bad weather or illness we will reschedule or credit host

 

We ask that the host parent/guardian attends the entire event 

No refunds will be issued on the day for any event, this includes arriving late, non attendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day

If on the day of the event you would like to add additional guests, we are able to provide for them also however we would require full payment of the price per person on the day of the event 

 

 Event managers will be supervising the equipment throughout the full duration of your event 

Our premium party packages are 4 hours long (this includes set up and clean down of our equipment) usual set up/clean down is 1 Hour either side of the event, unless stated otherwise

Our Deluxe party packages are 4.5 hours long (this includes set up and clean down of our equipment) usual set up is 1.5 hours and clean down is 1 hour after the event unless stated otherwise

We do not allow any facepaints, henna, party poppers, silly string, confetti or confetti balloons on any of our equipment due to damages and discolouration

Please note the customer/hirer (named person on the booking form) will be liable to pay for any damages or replacements 

Harassment, discrimination, bullying and violence will not be tolerated towards any event managers at any time

You must comply to all rules given by Host with the most event staff, rule boards and signage provided by Host with the Most throughout the event 

Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum is not permitted whilst engaging in inflatable activities 

We reserve the right to cancel on the day if the above is not adhered to and you will still be charged
